Rotational Engineering Program Associate - 2026

Rheem's Rotational Engineering Program is a 24-month program that offers recent graduates a rotational engineer position with opportunities to gain extensive company and industry insights through hands-on assignments learning product development and launch processes. Participants will be placed in 4 different engineering department roles for 6 months each: Operations, Product/R&D Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product/R&D Testing. The program is designed to help build a comprehensive view of the development, testing, and manufacturing of products, and develop professionally while contributing to the organization.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in engineering or related field
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
