The Operations Assistant will support summer program operations for teen and pre-collegiate audiences, coordinating facilities and programmatic needs for instructors, teaching assistants, and students.
Requirements
- Assist Operations staff with room checks
- Collaborate with CE Operations Specialist and Pre-College Operations Manager
- Run errands for Operations and/or CYP staff
- Staff exhibitions and closing events
- Monitor communication channels
