Job Description
rhode is seeking a passionate and strategic Field Account Executive to drive education, events, and in-store execution across key markets. The role involves representing rhode, building partnerships with Sephora, leading trainings, managing a team, and sharing insights from the field. It's a hands-on position focused on building consumer awareness and enhancing brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in retail, beauty, or field education, Sephora experience preferred
- Experience managing freelance or in-store support teams
- Passion for skincare and deep understanding of the prestige beauty retail environment
- Strong communicator with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to build relationships, adapt on the fly, and work hands-on in stores
- Willingness to travel regularly within the market
