Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a dedicated employee to support our customers in using our software and strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, and knowledge of asset management or rail infrastructure is an asset.

Requirements

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Proactive identification of opportunities for optimizing customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Advisory and support for customers in implementing and using our asset management software
• Analysis of usage patterns and derivation of action recommendations for customers
• Close cooperation with sales, product management, and development
• Completed studies in business administration, engineering, transportation, computer science, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
• Knowledge of asset management or rail infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and customer orientation
• Very good German and English skills
