Job Description
Field Trainer is sought by Brand Point Services to lead various projects with crews ranging from 4 to 20+ individuals. Must be willing to travel as needed. Requires 3 years in retail resets, merchandising, or related skill set, and experience managing multiple projects and teams.
Requirements
- 3 years (s) in retail resets, merchandising, or related skill set in this industry
- Experience managing multiple projects within a region and managing crews during reset/remodels
- Must have computer skills including Email, MS Exel, PowerPoint, and camera
- Experience managing multiple projects within a region and managing crews during reset/remodels while meeting completion expectations and maintaining work quality
- Must have a background in using basic hand tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Have your reliable transportation (not shared), which you can use to drive as needed to work consistently
- Have a demonstrated ability to interact with clients and team members in an efficient, professional manner
- Willing and physically able to SAFELY climb ladders up to 20 feet high
- Must be able to understand and be able to operate a forklift
- Experience installing Lozier, Maddix, and millwork and reading Planograms
