Employee Experience Manager

Rhythm is seeking an Employee Experience Manager to join its HR team in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and evolving key activities that contribute to a meaningful employee experience, including onboarding, recognition programs, engagement surveys, and inclusion & belonging initiatives.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred
• 5+ years of related experience, including 3+ years' HR experience
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to infuse fun, creativity and innovation into our programs and initiatives
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, balancing multiple priorities
