Job Description
Rhythms is building the AI business execution system that enables enterprises to become AI-native by connecting strategic planning and OKRs directly to day-to-day execution and real-time progress tracking. We're looking for a Senior AI Product Engineer to work on building our AI operating system, shipping production code daily, and directly impacting enterprise customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years building production software with at least 1+ year of hands-on experience shipping LLMs, agents, or AI-native applications
- Proficiency in Python and experience with React/Next.js
- Experience shipping agentic systems to production
- Ability to connect customer needs to technical solutions — you think in user outcomes, not just system design
