Job Description
Join Rialto's Information Engineering team as a Junior AI Engineer - Co-op to build integrations that connect enterprise platforms and databases to AI assistants, enabling investment professionals to interact with critical business data through natural language. Collaborate with senior engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to build, test, and deploy production-grade AI data integrations.
Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
- Build connectors and APIs that bridge Rialto's diverse data ecosystem
- Help define data schemas, tool definitions, and resource descriptions
- Rapidly prototype new MCP integrations and test them against real business workflows
- Collaborate with the Information Engineering team, data engineers, and business users
