Requirements

• Collecting and processing vineyard samples
• Assisting in receiving and processing fruit, monitoring fermentations, and simple lab analyses
• Equipment operation (sorting tables, destemmer, pumps, steam generator, pressure washer)
• Tank and equipment cleaning and sanitization
• Conducting punch downs and pump overs
