Rich’s is a family-owned food company seeking a Group Leader-Production/Line to oversee assigned lines, implement and sustain operating standards, and prioritize loss elimination. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills, proficiency in production positions, and computer skills. Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferable
• 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training
• Demonstrated leadership skills and LOTO certification
• Proficient in performance of all Production Positions
• Ability to read and understand English
• Ability to work weekends and overtime
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job
• Ability to work in and contribute to Production Improvement, Associate Involvement, and Temporary Teams
