Lead Photographer

Rich's is looking for a hands-on photographer to create compelling, high-quality imagery for their diverse portfolio of frozen, bakery, and foodservice brands, supporting storytelling across digital and physical channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 4–7+ years of professional food/brand photography experience
• Expertise with professional photography equipment, lighting, and composition
• Proficiency in photo editing and retouching tools (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom, AI tools)
• Experience managing assets in a DAM
• Background in GS1 and retail ready photography standards, preferred with familiarity with retailer image requirements and digital shelf standards
• Experience supporting 360° or 3D/virtual photography workflows
• Ability to travel 5-10%
