Maintenance Mechanic - 3rd Shift

Rich's is a family-owned food company seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to control the efficient operation of plant equipment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in food processing and be proficient in troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in food processing
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to train other Associates in Maintenance operations
• Proficiency in Rich's SCADA system
• General mechanical knowledge and electrical and logic principle knowledge
• Basic plumbing, metalworking, and general facilities/building maintenance knowledge
