Maintenance Mechanic II

Rich's is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II to control the efficient operation of plant equipment, perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and electronic repair and preventive maintenance. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in food processing, working with standard troubleshooting and repair of production equipment with sophisticated control systems.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in food processing
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to train other Associates in Maintenance operations
• Desire and ability to operate as a member of a Self-Directed work team
• Proficiency on Rich's SCADA system
• General mechanical knowledge and electrical and logic principle knowledge
• Basic plumbing, metalworking and general facilities/building maintenance knowledge
• Awareness of and ability to follow Associate Safety guidelines and GMP and Food Safety guidelines
• Ability to work in and contribute to Production Improvement, Associate Involvement and Temporary Teams
