Maintenance Mechanic - Weekend

Rich’s is looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to keep production running safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, working knowledge of electrical and control systems, and experience troubleshooting motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, pumps, and drives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in food processing or regulated manufacturing
• Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of electrical and control systems
• Experience troubleshooting motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, pumps, and drives
• Working knowledge of PLC logic troubleshooting
• Experience using SAP or similar maintenance management systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment
