Maintenance Mechanic

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair existing production equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills, as well as experience working with EAM CMMS and common industrial voltages up to 480.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to read, comprehend and complete blueprints, electrical schematics, operating and maintenance manuals, work orders, repair parts requests, and standard and metric tape measures
• Strong electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
• Proficiency with forklifts and scissor lifts
• Proficiency with moving modular production equipment to and from production lines
• Understanding of standard industrial maintenance practices
• Knowledge of ladder drawings, relay logic, and motor controls (preferred)
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to disassemble, repair, and troubleshoot plant machines
• Ability to make simple parts or equipment and tools
• Recommend parts and supplies as necessary
