Sustainability Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Sustainability Intern to join our team. This position will support Rich’s Generations of Good (ESG) strategy by contributing to research, insights and data analytics that advance the our environmental and social goals. The role is ideal for a curious, analytical student eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate sustainability.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling presentations.
• Analytical mindset with experience in conducting research and interpreting data
• Passion for sustainability, with a focus on the environment, in business practices
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, resilience, and curiosity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with AI tools is a plus.
