Richard Milburn Academy seeks a Certified OJT Teacher to deliver high-quality education, guide, and mentor On-the-Job Training students.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
• Valid teaching certification
• Experience in mentoring or overseeing OJT programs
• Strong knowledge of subject matter and contemporary educational practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles
• Proficiency in technology for teaching and classroom management
• Strong organizational skills
