Inside Sales

Join Richards Building Supply as an Inside Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and grow your career in sales. As a trusted advisor to customers, you'll help them find the right products for their projects and collaborate with Outside Sales reps to drive sales and resolve customer needs.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, retail, or distribution.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM experience a plus!).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry knowledge is a plus—but we’re happy to train motivated candidates!
• Spanish-speaking skills are a strong advantage but not required.
• Willingness to travel overnight (up to 10%).
