Job Description
Richards Industrials is seeking a results-driven Senior Product Engineer to elevate its Core Richards business in Cincinnati. The Senior Product Engineer will focus on new product development, innovation, and application expansion, and deliver solutions that move customers and business forward.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics
- 10 to 12 years of valves, regulators, control valves, or related industry experience (hygienic and industrial applications preferred)
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, customers, suppliers, research partners, and regulatory agencies
- Experience in gas regulators, control valves, on off, and valve automation a plus
- Strong knowledge of ISO, ASME, API standards
- Proficiency in FMEA, CAD/CAE
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive execution with cross functional teams on assigned New Product Development projects, and business growth initiatives
