Associate

Richardson Wealth is seeking an Associate to join one of its leading financial advisory teams in downtown Toronto. The Associate will contribute to growing the business by supporting Investment Advisors, ensuring high-level client service, and providing dedicated administrative support. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in financial services, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Manage transactions on behalf of Investment Advisors
• Prepare reports for investment policy statements and portfolio evaluations
• Provide technical support and navigate software and systems
• Communicate with tax accountants and coordinate tax slips
• Monitor team email inbox and update CRM regularly
