This is a front line, client facing role, and can involve a combination of tasks and activities such as following risk management protocols and discussing harm reduction strategies, responding to urgent requests and supporting group facilitation, coordinating with GPs, making calls, and managing appointments, completing assessments, referrals, and maintaining case notes, addressing emotional, health, housing, legal, and financial needs, promoting BBV testing and distributing Naloxone kits.
