Recovery Worker - Crisis (Whitehaven, Cumbria)

We're looking for a Recovery Worker to help inspire individual recovery for people with mental health issues. As a key member of the Lowther Street Crisis House team, you'll work with service users to develop a personal support plan and provide a holistic package of support.

Requirements

• Caring and compassionate nature
• Empathy and enthusiasm for helping others
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to work a weekly rota system and be available for on-call duties
• Understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience (not required but welcomed)
