Manager of Volunteers

The Manager of Volunteers is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers at the Richmond SPCA, a non-profit organization dedicated to animal welfare. The role requires leading a team, developing volunteer systems, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for volunteers.

• Lead and motivate Volunteer Management Team and volunteers
• Develop and maintain systems to recruit, onboard, train, engage and celebrate volunteers
• Train staff to support our volunteers effectively and cooperatively
