Scale Operator

The Scale Operator will grade and weigh trucks delivering scrap metals, maintain accurate scale reports, deal with customers and trucking companies, and perform basic accounting duties.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic accounting
• Experience with ferrous and non-ferrous metal identification considered a plus
• Basic Computer knowledge and skills (Microsoft 365 Suite)
• Simple mathematics and analytical skills
• Open minded and able to work with all types of personalities
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Team player
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
