Job Description
The Office Services and Hospitality Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure contract compliance with services such as Copy Services, Courier Services, and Managed Print Services. They will also be responsible for staffing, performance management, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of related work experience (B2B and/or technical)
- 2+ years of managerial experience (preferred)
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience
- Demonstrated high-level knowledge and understanding of technology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 360
