Job Description
The Senior On-Site Service Specialist provides operational support across multiple service areas, including high-volume duplicating and production printing, mail services, shipping and receiving, and bindery functions. The role requires strong customer service, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1â2 years of related work experience
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance per Ricoh policy (site dependent)
- Working knowledge of copier and related production equipment
- Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures
- Basic electronics knowledge preferred
