Technical Account Manager

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to strengthen our team supporting public transport customers in Estonia. As a TAM, you will work closely with customers and technical specialists, contributing to stable operations while developing your own technical expertise.

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of software/IT systems, ideally in transit or transport technology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, process-driven approach to issue tracking and follow-up.
• Experience managing or coordinating with external vendors or field service partners.
• Fluency in Estonian and English is required.
• Swedish is a strong advantage given our Nordic customer base.
