Job Description
RLB is seeking a Senior Health & Safety/Principal Designer Consultant to join their expanding Health & Safety team. The role involves providing expert health and safety guidance and advice to clients across various industries, including the public and private sectors. It includes CDM Services, Health & Safety Audits, and Fire Risk Assessments.
Requirements
- Act as Principal Designer or Principal Designer Advisor on small to large scale projects.
- Conduct audits to include general health and safety compliance and topic specific audits.
- Provide health and safety advice, guidance, training, and support across the client base.
- Assist in the completion of PQQ/tender documents
- Person Specification: Proven experience providing client-side health and safety services within the construction or property industry.
- Minimum GradIOSH working toward Chartered membership of IOSH (CMIOSH).
- Minimum Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety (IMaPS) working toward Certified Member of the Association for Project Safety (CMaPS) and Level 6 qualification.
- Good experience working under the CDM Regulations.
