Job Description
RLB is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a client-focused team within the Thames Valley office. The role involves providing core Quantity Surveying services to clients, supporting commercial objectives, and ensuring compliance with standards. Proactive individual contributor with strong technical skills and project management abilities.
Requirements
- Lead consultant for cost planning support team (RIBA Stage 3 & 4)
- Support business objectives with value for money
- Professional training/degree in MRICS/relevant body
- Strong technical delivery and Feasibility experience
- Team management skills ( >10 people)
- Client facing skills
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
