Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to lead a team of engineers in identifying requirements, developing specifications, and implementing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess proven technical expertise in implementing automation solutions using PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA platforms.
Requirements
- Deliver innovative automation solutions and design standards either independently or as a team leader.
- Develop control system architecture, select components, detail schematic diagrams and system documentation.
- Implement and commission control systems at client facilities.
- Utilize controller programming languages such as Ladder, Sequential Function Chart, Structured Text, and others.
- Design and implement industrial networking systems using protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, etc.
- Undertake project management responsibilities, including developing execution plans, work breakdown structures, budgets, task prioritization, scheduling, time tracking, reporting, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee daily operations and activities of projects up to $1M, ensuring overall profitability.
