Job Description
We're a tech company that was first on the ground in the fight against Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance. We help our government and enterprise customers solve a big problem they sometimes don't even know they have. As a QA Engineer, you will help improve our testing processes using both manual and automation techniques.
Requirements
- Learn and understand system specifications thoroughly before testing begins
- Work alongside Software Test Engineers to develop test strategies and plans with an automation focus
- Assist in designing and implementing automated test cases using Playwright
- Execute manual and exploratory testing across web, mobile, and API features
- Write clear, reproducible bug reports and communicate issues directly to development teams
- Help build and maintain test logs that track and analyze testing phases over time
- Participate in troubleshooting, sprint planning, and post-release testing
- Collaborate with teams to raise the quality bar throughout the full development cycle
