Ridgeview Institute Monroe (RIM) is a dedicated inpatient psychiatric facility that has served over 15,000 patients since its opening in 2017. The institute offers specialized programs for adolescents, adults—including a focused women’s program—and older adults, employing evidence‑based treatments to help patients achieve their recovery goals. With a current capacity of 122 beds and a full continuum of behavioral health services, RIM has expanded its adult care units in 2022 and 2025 to meet evolving community needs. The facility’s commitment to quality is underscored by its Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval, reflecting rigorous standards in patient safety and best practices.

Program Therapist
Master's degree in Social Work or clinical-related mental health field, valid Georgia state license, and 2+ years' experience in a psychiatric health care facility
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Master's degree, 1 year experience in ABA services, and BCBA certification required
Intake Mental Health Technician
High school degree or equivalent, 1 year of related experience
Financial Counselor (Monthly Bonus)
High School graduate or equivalent, 1-2 years experience in healthcare collections or related field, experience with insurance billing, computer, and business software programs
Discharge Planner
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field, 1+ year of experience in related disciplines, CPI training within 30 days
Maintenance Technician
High school graduate or equivalent, 2 years of technical or trade school, experience in building maintenance and hospital settings
Cook
2+ years of quantity cooking experience, food service sanitation training, and industrial kitchen equipment experience
Activity Therapist
Bachelor's degree, certification, and 1 year of experience in psychiatric patient care
Registered Nurse (RN) ($3500 Sign on Bonus)
3+ years experience in psychiatric healthcare facility, RN license, and CPR certification required
Director of Outpatient Services
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, social work, or related mental health field; Minimum of five (5) years' experience in psychiatric/mental health field
