Ridgeview Institute Monroe (RIM) is a dedicated inpatient psychiatric facility that has served over 15,000 patients since its opening in 2017. The institute offers specialized programs for adolescents, adults—including a focused women’s program—and older adults, employing evidence‑based treatments to help patients achieve their recovery goals. With a current capacity of 122 beds and a full continuum of behavioral health services, RIM has expanded its adult care units in 2022 and 2025 to meet evolving community needs. The facility’s commitment to quality is underscored by its Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval, reflecting rigorous standards in patient safety and best practices.

House Mental Health Technician
High School Degree or equivalent preferred, Certified Nursing or NAR required, and degree from an accredited college or university in social work, recreational therapy, psychology, human services, or appropriate therapeutic discipline preferred
Mental Health Technician (MHT)
High school degree, 1 year of related experience, and knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Active RBT certification, CPI or equivalent crisis intervention certification, and CPR/BLS certification required
Community Liaison
2 years of experience in health care business development/marketing environment with a Georgia State license in social work or clinical related mental health field
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Master's degree, 1 year experience in ABA services, and BCBA certification required
Program Therapist
Master's degree in Social Work or clinical-related mental health field, valid Georgia state license, and 2+ years' experience in a psychiatric health care facility
Intake Mental Health Technician
High school degree or equivalent, 1 year of related experience
Registered Nurse (RN) ($3500 Sign on Bonus)
3+ years experience in psychiatric healthcare facility, RN license, and CPR certification required
Discharge Planner
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field, 1+ year of experience in related disciplines, CPI training within 30 days
Nurse Practitioner
3+ years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting, Master's degree from an accredited school of nursing, current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Georgia
