Sales Associate - $16.00 / Hour

Sales Associates are the point of contact for customers, providing friendly and courteous service. Responsibilities include greeting, assisting with checkout, stocking, maintaining clean areas, and preparing coffee stations. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to safety and appearance standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have high school degree or GED equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English fluently
• Must be able to perform mathematical calculations at a high school level
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to arrive to work on time
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs on a frequent basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand for 6 to 10 hours per shift
