Job Description
Right Recruit is seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial 360 Recruitment Consultant to join as a self-employed partner, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate sourcing and onboarding, servicing the UK market while operating across the UK and Pakistan.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the UK market.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You must be self-motivated and disciplined, comfortable working in a commission-only environment where your earnings reflect your output.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to 'close' on both the client and candidate sides.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are mandatory for managing UK-based stakeholders.
- Setup: As a remote contractor, you must have a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
