Job Description
Right Side Up is a collective of premium marketing talent offering growth-focused services. They are seeking Paid Search Growth Marketers to develop and optimize search marketing campaigns for fast-growing companies, working with partners like Stitch Fix, Sephora, and Yelp. Projects typically range from 10–40 hours per week.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on paid search experience managing campaigns end-to-end
- Proven ability to deliver measurable results across acquisition and retention goals
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related tools
- Experience collaborating with creative and technical teams
- Excellent communication and client management skills
