Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operations and be able to effectively assess talent, create employee development plans, and implement them. The role requires staying current with local, state, and federal laws governing equal employment opportunity practices.

Requirements

• Ensure internal and external pipeline of management candidates
• Maintain legal and company standards for hiring and employment practices
• Coach and advise leadership team on performance management issues
• Investigate associate complaints and disputes
• Solve routine problems in HR and modify procedures as needed
• Participate in People Planning to evaluate internal candidates
• Conduct field visits, interviews, and exit interviews
• Facilitate local training and development sessions
• Follow up with new hires for proper training
• Analyze local labor market and develop sourcing and hiring tactics
• Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions
