Job Description
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide direct patient care and lead the skilled nursing facility care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting geriatric patients in local clinics and attending to their needs.
Requirements
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse and a certificate to practice as a Nurse Practitioner issued by the State Board of Registered Nursing.
- Geriatrics specialty certification preferred
- Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience preferred, including work in a skilled nursing facility.
