Job Description
The Optimizely Solution Architect serves as the technical leader and primary point of accountability for delivering high-quality Optimizely-based digital solutions. The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience in technical roles such as Technical Lead or Architect.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in technical roles such as Technical Lead or Architect
- Strong expertise in Optimizely CMS (v12 or SaaS), Optimizely Commerce, and related products
- Proficiency in C#,.NET, headless architectures, integrations (REST/GraphQL), and cloud-native patterns
- Demonstrated experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable digital solutions
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities—comfortable dealing with ambiguity and complex systems
- Proven ability to balance technical depth with strong people management and project leadership
- Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to guide teams toward shared outcomes
