On-Site Registered Nurse (Dispatch & Clinical Workflow Support)

RightSite Health is seeking an On-Site Registered Nurse to support dispatch operations and clinical workflows. The RN will work closely with physicians and navigators to provide critical frontline support during call time periods. The role involves managing prescription workflows, supporting high-touch patients, and coordinating with physician and navigator teams.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted TX RN license
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in urgent care, ED, telehealth, or triage settings
• Strong communication and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable with electronic health records (EHR), telehealth platforms, and clinical documentation, and familiarity with prescription workflows and pharmacy coordination
