We are looking for a highly organized, goal-oriented, self-starter to join our Growth Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing and scaling events, optimizing performance, and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in events or field marketing with a track record of successful event execution
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent events within established timelines
• Exceptional prioritization, project management, and budget management skills

Benefits

• BASE SALARY: $100,000-125,000
• This position is located in our NYC office 3 days a week
