As a Sr. Full Stack Engineer (AI) at Rightway Healthcare, you'll spearhead our AI integration initiatives to revolutionize healthcare delivery through our platform. You'll drive the development of AI-powered features that empower members to make informed healthcare decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production applications at scale
- Experience designing and implementing AI/ML features in production environments
- Proven track record of optimizing LLM implementations and prompt engineering
- Background in healthcare technology or experience with HIPAA compliance
Benefits
- Generous salary (before commission potential): $175,000 - $190,000
