Sr. Manager, Engineering

Rightway is hiring a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of engineers building the technology that powers our platform. The role combines people leadership, technical judgment, and cross-functional collaboration, guiding execution, supporting team growth, and partnering closely with Product, Design, and other engineering leaders to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading or managing software engineering teams
• Strong technical background building modern software systems (Node.js, TypeScript, React, or similar technologies)
• Track record of leading teams that deliver impactful products
• Excellent communicator who can work effectively with technical and non-technical partners
• Passionate about building strong teams and delivering meaningful products
