The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will lead a team focused on identifying, negotiating, and managing high-value partnerships with key industry players to drive significant business growth. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies, team management, and cross-functional influence.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree
- Leadership skills: demonstrated track record of developing and retaining high performing teams with the ability to both drive results and create a positive team culture
- Elevated judgment and problem solving skills
- Ability to juggle a high volume of pipeline activity and manage competing priorities without letting things slip through the cracks
- Strong internal stakeholder management and influencing skills
- 10-15+ years of experience with at least 5 years of leadership in a strategic partnerships or BD leadership role within the healthcare or benefits industry
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Deep understanding of the healthcare benefits landscape and the consulting community’s influence on purchasing decisions
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
Benefits
- Base salary: $225,000-$250,000
