Telecommunications Specialist

Rigil is seeking a Telecommunications Specialist to resolve customer complaints and escalations, improve customer service, and provide weekly activity reports. The role involves coordinating work, evaluating communication systems, and installing telephone and network positions. The ideal candidate has a high school degree, at least 5 years of experience in pulling wire cable, and 4 years of experience handling customer calls.

Requirements

• Resolve customer complaints and escalations
• Make recommendations to improve customer service
• Provide weekly activity reports on overall work performed
• Coordinate work for another Telecom Specialist Telecommunications
• Evaluate, analyze, develop or improve communication systems, procedures and requirements
• Install, remove, maintain, modify, troubleshoot and repair voice and/or non-voice communications systems
• Manage and update local work order tracking system
• Brief Federal Staff on an Ad hoc basis about project concerns
