Business Operations

Rilla is a virtual ridealong software for outside sales, aiming to bring conversation intelligence to the 10M sales people working offline. As Business Operations, you'll help shape frameworks, systems, and processes to keep Rilla moving at speed, working with leadership and teams across eng, product, sales, and go-to-market. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring exceptional organization, a customer-obsessive mindset, and a willingness to operate at the center of uncertainty.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years in strategy consulting, business operations, finance, or other analytical/strategy roles
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; mastery of Excel/Sheets modeling
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems, structure approaches, and execute with speed and rigor
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analysis for non-technical audiences
• High ownership, low ego, and willingness to work across both high-stakes strategic projects and detailed execution
• Comfort in fast-changing, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly
