Staff Accountant

We're hiring a Staff Accountant to join Rilla's Finance team. As a founding finance hire, you'll own core accounting processes, drive financial close, and build the internal controls and reporting infrastructure we need to scale.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at an accounting firm, ideally with SaaS clients
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP accounting practices
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and NetSuite
• Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills
• CPA certification and a degree in Accounting or Finance
