ML/AI Engineer

Rillet is an AI-native ERP that serves finance teams, helping them run numbers with impossible speed, accuracy, and insight. We are looking for a machine learning engineer to work on the core systems that power Rillet's AI-driven workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in product-driven tech companies
• Strong Python experience (numpy, pandas, sklearn, pytorch, etc.) across ML techniques and backend engineering
• Experience with LLM-based agent frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (required)
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Artificial Intelligence (preferred)
• Can work both independently and collaboratively in a small team
• Enjoy finding practical solutions to real user problems without compromising on quality
• Have a passion for learning and sharing your expertise with others
