Job Description
Rillet is an AI-native ERP that helps accounting and finance teams run the numbers with impossible speed, accuracy, and insight. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the full design process from user research to UI design for key product areas, partner with product and engineering to shape product direction, and contribute to user research initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years product design experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Proven ability to tackle complex design problems and visualize complex systems
- Experience across all stages of design from discovery and research through implementation and iteration
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Challenger mindset that questions assumptions and pulls inspiration from diverse sources
