Program Manager (Principal Project Manager)

We are seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead a large, multi-stream data transformation program for a global institutional investment organization. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of the program, including discovery, implementation, testing, and go-live. The candidate will be responsible for leading program governance, managing cross-stream integration, ensuring delivery of complex data capabilities, and coordinating strategic dependencies. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, multi-stream programs in data, technology, or investment/financial services, with expertise in data management and risk management.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading large-scale, multi-stream programs in data, technology, or investment/financial services
• Expertise in data management including data ingestion, validation, data governance, mastering, metadata, and lineage
• Strong experience managing enterprise-level risks, change control, and critical cross-team dependencies
• Ability to run senior-level governance forums and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
• Experience coordinating delivery across distributed engineering, product, and operational teams
