Job Description
Rimkus is seeking a Consultant (Construction Advisory) to conduct due diligence and condition assessments of existing buildings, develop pre-inspection plans, and communicate with clients.
Requirements
- Conduct due diligence and condition assessments of existing buildings
- Develop pre-inspection plans
- Research property information
- Review construction plans, specifications, and warranties with contract documents
- Communicate with clients
- Conduct field assessments
- Prepare written narrative and templated reports
- Conduct and prepare structural milestone reports, reserve studies, condition assessments, and post-hurricane damage assessments
- Prepare cost estimating
- Assist in the coordination of subcontractors and testing firms
- Review/Research and familiarity with building codes and construction standards
